I am a caring, consistent, and reliable teacher who has ten years experience as a teacher and tutor. I strongly believe in the teacher-student connection and how such a bond and individual attention can improve and depend understanding on educational levels. As a student myself, Writing and math were my passions and they continue to be my favorite subjects to teach. I believe this combination has allowed me to excel as an educator since I am able to use the procedural aspects of math to strengthen the creative nature of writing/reading and vice versa. In my free time I enjoy reading, biking, making jewelry, and spending time with my family.
